More room without moving house. Extra bedrooms, opened-up living areas and additions that read as part of the original home.
Tiled showers, floating vanities and proper waterproofing, coordinated with the plumber and sparky so it runs to plan.
New kitchens and laundries, from strip-out through cabinetry and benchtops to the last bit of scribe and trim.
Hardwood decks, glass balustrades and stairs built to handle the Otago weather and the view that comes with it.
The smaller jobs plenty of builders will not take on. Rot repairs, steps, doors and the fix-it list that keeps getting put off.
C Marshall Builders is a licensed building practitioner with over 40 years of experience across Dunedin and Otago. Craig runs a small, hands-on team, so the person quoting your job is the person on site building it.
Reviewers keep mentioning the same three things: clear communication, regular progress updates, and sound advice on what a job actually needs. That is the way the business has always run.
